Inheritance is a generative art collection that lives on Ethereum. Every specimen is made by code, not drawn by hand, and not assembled from a bag of random traits.
The whole collection is an algorithm and a single seed. Each piece is generated the exact same way, every time, and anyone can verify it. Real generative art, made to last, owned on chain.
The concept
A few "founder" artworks are born first, eight of them. Every artwork after that is the child of two earlier ones: it inherits their colours and shapes, mixed together, with the occasional surprise mutation. Do that over and over and you get families: pieces that clearly belong together, changing little by little down the generations. You can literally see who's related to who.

These eight are the founders: the first specimens, born from nothing but the seed. Every piece in the collection descends from one of them, and carries its house. This is the top of the family tree.
Why this one hits different
Every piece is drawn from its own number by an algorithm, not a stored JPEG on a server. Given the code and the seed, any piece can be recreated perfectly, forever. As on-chain and permanent as art gets.
Each piece knows its two parents and the founding house it came from. Trace any specimen all the way back to one of the eight founders. It's verifiable structure, not a story.
Some bloodlines breed like wildfire and take over; others nearly die out. The rarest houses became rare on their own, through descent, not a rarity table. Find the small ones early.

Normal collections shuffle random traits onto a base. Inheritance breeds pieces from each other, so families and resemblances are real, and rarity emerges from the breeding instead of being assigned. It's generative art with an actual bloodline.
